Pearba is designed to pair your voice with time tracking entries. We're committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

• Account Information: Email address, name, and password when you create an account
• Time Entry Data: Project names, time durations, notes, billable status, and deadlines
• Project Information: Project names, descriptions, and associated metadata
• Deadline Calculator Data: Business day calculations and deadline history
• Voice Data: Voice input you provide during active recording sessions

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version
• Usage Data: Features used, session duration, and interaction patterns
• Technical Data: IP address, crash reports, and performance metrics

2.3 Information We Don't Collect

We do NOT collect:

• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Contacts or address book information
• Photos or camera access (except for profile pictures if you choose to add one)
• Voice data outside of active recording sessions
• Third-party app data or browsing history

• Provide the Service: Store and sync your time entries, and project data across devices
• Improve the App: Analyze usage patterns to enhance features and fix bugs

• Delete: Remove individual entries or your entire account

6.2 Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion:

• All of your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• All time entries and project data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• Some data may be retained for legal or security purposes (e.g., transaction records)
• Backups may persist for up to 90 days before complete removal

6.3 Communication Preferences

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time. We'll still send essential service-related communications.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

• Active Accounts: Data is retained while your account is active
• Deleted Accounts: Data is permanently deleted within 30-90 days
• Legal Requirements: Some data may be retained longer if required by law
• Backups: Backup copies are automatically deleted within 90 days

8. Children's Privacy

Pearba is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

9. International Users

Pearba is operated in the United States. If you're accessing the Service from outside the US, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US. By using Pearba, you consent to this transfer.

10. California Privacy Rights

If you're a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to know what personal information is collected
• Right to know if personal information is sold or disclosed
• Right to opt-out of the sale of personal information (we don't sell data)

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

12. Mobile Platform Information

When you use Pearba on iOS or Android:

• Your download and use of the app may also be subject to Apple App Store or Google Play terms and privacy policies
• You may optionally sign in with Apple or Google; those providers process information under their own privacy policies
• Pearba requests device permissions only when needed for features you choose to use, such as microphone access for voice input and notifications for reminders
• You can review or change app permissions in your device settings
• Apple or Google may independently collect information about app downloads, diagnostics, and store activity
